James Blunt duets with Paris Hilton

Socialite and occasional pop star Paris Hilton shared the stage with James Blunt, one her favourite singers, over the weekend for a special performance of the Grease hit "Summer Nights".

Blunt was at the birthday party for designer Diana Jenkins in Malibu and took to the stage with Hilton, who has reportedly been making big strides in improving her singing voice in recent months the hope of recording a second album. Her first was criticised for Hilton's weak, sugary vocal style and over-reliance on production.

According to a report in the New York Post, Blunt reportedly left the party with German model Tatiana Patitz - dispelling rumours that he and the Hotel heiress were a couple.

Paris Hilton’s Social House Nightclub Party: new line of jeans, dresses, handbags and tops

Paris Hilton threw an exclusive party at the Social House nightclub in Las Vegas to chat up her new line of jeans, dresses, handbags and tops.

The must-have clothes will be available at Macy’s and Nordstrom department stores on Thursday 30th August and Paris says “all the clothing is totally my style. People really love the line. So it’s exciting.”

Earlier this month, Paris caused gridlock in Beverly Hills as she launched the line at her fave Beverly Hills boutique, Kitson.

Simply called “Paris Hilton,” the clothes also include shoes, T-shirts bearing her likeness, satiny bubble tops and lots of chunky sequins.

Paris said that “I just wanted it to be totally my style using bright colours and lots of sequins,” she told us at the time. She said her favourite items are the pink and white gold-foiled T-shirts branded with the slogan “Luv Thy Self.”

Britney Spears, Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton are in talks to appear on tycoon Donald Trump’s upcoming TV show.

Entertainment mogul Donald Trump is in talks with Britney Spears, Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan for an appearance on his upcoming television show. His aim behind this offer is to help the three celebrities save their image.

Trump strongly feels that Britney needs more than the reality show that she did to save her image, and claims that his show can tender her the requisite help. The Miss Universe pageant boss also believes that the pop diva likes the idea of being on TV.

"We're negotiating with Britney right now. Can you imagine her doing it? We're not sure what will happen. That little reality show she had did nothing. But she likes the idea of being on television and I think she'd be great," a magazine quoted Trump, as saying.

However, Trump is not very sure about Paris Hilton's appearance on the show. "Paris wants to be on, and we're thinking about it, but I don't know if we're going to do it," he adds.

LOS ANGELES -- Police and city workers were called in to handle the crowd and a lane of traffic was closed as Paris Hilton unveiled her clothing line Thursday at a trendy boutique.

The heiress, author, singer, perfume designer and reality-TV star unveiled the line at Kitson, a boutique known for its celebrity clientele. The lane was closed for pedestrians' safety, a city spokesman said.

"It's a dream come true to have my own clothing line," Hilton, 26, said. "It's just Paris style: fun, bright and flashy."

The collection, which Hilton described as "really comfortable" and "really affordable," includes shoes, T-shirts and jeans. Hilton said she spent a year submitting and approving designs.

"It's just from my closet to their closets," she said.

Socialite Paris Hilton has laughed off reports she is dating Entourage heart-throb Adrian Grenier, insisting they are just pals.

The hotel heiress has been romantically linked to a string of famous men this year, including James Blunt, Josh Henderson, Cisco Adler and NASCAR driver Kasey Kahne.

After Hilton and Grenier were spotted frolicking on a beach in Malibu, California, last week, gossips began speculating they were dating.

Paris Hilton has snubbed attempts by Britney Spears to rekindle their friendship.

The singer, 25, and the Simple Life star, 26, became close pals after Britney split from Kevin Federline.

And now Brit is desperate to party with the heiress again.

'Britney is dying to hang out with Paris,' a source tells Life & Style Weekly. 'She's trying to get her phone number and passing messages to her through friends.'

But it seems Paris has had enough of partying with the mum-of-two, and won't return her calls.

'Paris moved on a long time ago when it comes to Britney,' the source explains. 'She feels sorry for her, but that is as far as it goes.'

Paris Hilton says she wants to be a “real estate mogul.” The ‘Simple Life’ star has already broke into the acting business, fashion designing, and music business but says she also wants to own her own chain of restaurants and shops.

“I definitely want to get more into real estate,” the hotel heiress says. “Own my own hotels, restaurants, my own Paris stores. There’s a lot more to do. I want to be a real estate mogul.”

Meanwhile, the 26-year-old is also contributing to charity work. She recently served time in jail after she was found guilty of violating her probation. After her release she promised he would do more charity work and so far it looks as if she has kept her word.

Hilton is in talks with the Los Angeles Children’s hospital about becoming their ambassador. Hilton said she visited the hospital and seen the premature babies and cancer patients. “It’s nice when I can go there and visit them and brighten their day and make them smile,” she said. “It feels good to be able to do that.”

Paris Hilton may have developed a rash in jail from sheets like “sandpaper,” her mother Kathy Hilton revealed to People.

In a recent interview with the publication, the senior Hilton blonde said she welcomed her daughter home with a redecorated, super-soft room.

“(Paris had) been in jail, obviously with the very thin sheets and one pillow and one little thin blanket. That’s how (inmates) get rashes,” Kathy told People. “It feels like sandpaper.”

Since her late June post-jail interview on Larry King Live, in which Paris Hilton professed in confident tones that she had changed, her voice has almost entirely reverted back to the baby whisper that viewers came to know during her five seasons on "The Simple Life." And by early afternoon, she's glammed up for a night out on the town.

Some things have changed, though. Besides clubs and clothes, her post-prison "hot list" now includes selfless areas of interest.

Shortly after her prison release, she visited the Los Angeles Children's Hospital and is in talks to be their ambassador. "I went and visited the little premature babies who were only, like, 1 pound. And the cancer patients," she says. "It's nice when I can go there and visit them and brighten their day and make them smile. It feels good to be able to do that. I think it's definitely important for people to give back."
